Family Style start at $75 per Guest (minimum 10 PPL) The main course is put in the middle of the Table, family style

Pick your Style
*Italian (Chefs favorite) large platters of Pork Bolognese over Pasta, meatballs and sausage. Pan seared seafood (Seasonal). Roasted peppers, Cheeses and olives.
*Cuban - Slow roasted mojo Pork, Black Bean Sofrito and Rice. Seafood enchilada
*Caribbean- Creole style Chicken, Beef and Seafood. Yellow rice and peas. Mofongo
*Cook your catch ( Chefs Favorite, but she would need delivery of fish at least 5 hrs prior)
Chef Leigh Ann will make 3 different dishes, depending on the fish caught.

If your a smaller group 5-6 people, The Chef will serve you at the Bar, not the Table. (Think of it as a cooking experience).

Chef can recommend Wine to serve, paired for each course Or choose your own bottle from the best wine selection in Marathon. House wine Sean Miner $10 glass.

*Deconstructed Frutti Di Mare served with Fresh made Pasta, Shrimp, Scallops and clams and mussels (Let me know your spice level)
*Deconstructed Seafood Scampi served with Fresh made pasta. Shrimp, scallops and clams.
*Surf (Seasonal) and Beef Tenderloin Medallion, grilled and served with chef's choice sauce, Starch and season veggie.
*Braised Short Ribs (Boneless) in red wine reduction sauce served over mushroom Risotto, Viche Carrots and peas.
*Fresh local Grouper (seasonal) Pan seared with Butter wine (Burre Blanc) sauce over Rice pilaf. Cherry Tomatoes and leeks.
*Bay Scallops/Key West Pinks seared with Brown butter and sage over Chefs choice Risotto
*Lamb Chops or Beef Tenderloin or Salmon grilled with Chef made Chimichurri over Chef choice starch and season veggie

Charcuterie Table starts at $500 serves 10 ppl, we can remove the chairs, so you and your guest can mingle, nosh and drink fabulous wine.
